Areas of responsibility for our ministry team: Treasurer: Responsible for the overall maintenance of the church's financial accounts, working closely with the deacons, pastors and office staff on monthly and yearly budgets. Head Elder: Responsible to delegate tasks to the rest of the elders, and to participate with them in assisting the pastors with the oversight and shepherding of the congregation and assist in worship services when needed. Head Deacon: Responsible to delegate tasks to the rest of the deacons, and to participate with them in reviewing our relationship with each mission, keeping the congregation informed of opportunities to serve. Also reviews and maintains the annual budget. Head Trustee: Responsible to delegate jobs, etc. to the rest of the trustees, and to participate with them in the overall maintenance of the grounds and building
